Newburgh, NY – St. Luke’s Cornwall Auxiliary brings new meaning to thrift store shopping with the opening
of the New To You Boutique, an upscale shop offering vintage, one-of-a-kind and other treasures. Located
at 436 Blooming Grove Turnpike (Route 94) in New Windsor, the Boutique features almost 4,000 square
feet of shopping space and carries gently used clothing, fashionable jewelry, accessories and household
items. The mission of the Boutique is to raise funds to support capital improvements at the hospital.
“The opening of this shop is a major accomplishment for our Auxiliary and is very exciting,” said Joan
DiTullo, Auxiliary President. “We’ve been working very hard on this initiative for about a year, and our
volunteers have spent countless hours in preparation. It’s rewarding to see it all come together so
beautifully!”
Sue Sullivan, Vice President of Development and Government Affairs, said, “The shop is a testament to
what’s possible when dedicated volunteers work toward a shared vision. The Auxiliary leadership, as well as
the members who so selflessly give of their time and expertise, are true advocates for our hospital and
community. We appreciate all they do and share their pride in this new and exciting venture.”
The Boutique boasts a modern look with cherry wood floors and chrome display shelves. The size of the
store allows shoppers to comfortably browse various sections with ease. Antique furniture and household
items are displayed in the back of the store, while wardrobe treasures from designers including Jones New
York, Ann Klein, Tahari, Eileen Fisher and Ann Taylor can be found on a special rack in the front of the
store. Savvy shoppers will stop in frequently to find the new items added daily.
With the change of seasons, the Boutique provides a wonderful opportunity to clean out those closets and
donate items. All donations are tax deductible, and help support initiatives to enhance health care in the
region. The success of the Boutique depends not |

only on the generous people who donate goods and shop
its racks, but also the dedicated volunteers who ensure the shop runs smoothly. The Boutique is seeking
volunteers interested in working at the upscale shop. To volunteer, call 568-2232.
