Newburgh, NY – St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital is proud to announce Linda Yehl, of
New Paltz, as the March Star of the Month. A two-year employee, Yehl is a
Human Resources Generalist.
“Even in the most challenging situations, Linda maintains a positive outlook and
works to find a solution that is win-win for all involved,” said Joanne Sturans,
Director of Human Resources. “With her excellent attention to detail and
communication skills she is a wonderful advocate for the department and the
hospital.”

Yehl was surprised and honored to receive this special recognition for her
professionalism. ”Working in health care can be very gratifying,” she said.
”I enjoy being a resource for my colleagues, helping them meet the challenges and
explore the opportunities presented each day.”
St. Luke’s Cornwall Hospital employees are nominated for the Star of the Month
Award by their co-workers, patients and physicians based on Stellar Service
Standards. These standards focus on making customers feel comfortable and
important, providing timely and orderly service and improving communication
between patients and staff. |
